Principal at the Boyd Company, John Boyd, wants office locations in areas with lower taxes, that also are suitable for in-person or remote workers.

Our tax friendly state has endless things to do, affordable housing market, limited natural disasters, sunny year round, desert sunsets and 30 minutes to the airport to go anywhere you want.  Our out of state buyers have drastically increased especially from California, Oregon, Washington and Canada.

Las Vegas gives you a better quality lifestyle since your money goes further here, with the advantage of lower property taxes and no state income tax. Las Vegas and Henderson markets offer lower operating costs, easy commutes for workers, newer office buildings and amenities nearby.

Because of the pandemic, people got so used to being home and being able to run errands freely and that culture continues in the office, too. The community first developed residential housing to grow the demand for businesses and office space in the area. It made the area a great choice for relocating their businesses to Las Vegas!

In a recent study done by moneygeek.com, they site ranked 263 cities with populations over 100,000. After analyzing crime statistics to determine the safest and dangerous cities, Henderson was ranked 3rd among the other 263. Other safe large cities include Santa Ana, CA, Mesa, AZ, and Omaha, NE.
