1053 Lush Hillside Henderson NV 89002 – Representing the seller. This was a beautiful listing that is in Henderson that is a single story that was totally upgraded.
1425 Clipperton Henderson 89074 – Represented the buyer. This home had multiple offers and we had to go over list price, but I helped win this for my buyer who is relocating from Michigan.
789 Goodman Cove Henderson 89011 – Represented the buyer who was repeat buyer. This was a brand new home in Cadence, that is guard gated with a super recreation center, house is a single story with a RV garage, negotiated this new home for 5K below list price
