Lauren was an outstanding Hostess and enthusiastically helpful. The house was excellent and had a fantastic view of the Las Vegas cityscape, which was enjoyed every evening either sitting outside or just relaxing watching TV and glancing out the patio doors it was a constant perk of the location. The hot tub/Spa was fully operational and very clean. All furnishings and linens were in great condition and all appliances were fully operational. We stayed at Lauren’s House for 6 months while purchasing our new home in Lake Las Vegas and we would highly recommend it to anyone in the same situation, as well as Las Vegas vacationers. It is close enough to Henderson, The Strip, and Freemont Street to enjoy all of the activities provided there but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of Lake Meade National Recreation Area and Boulder City etc. – Stephen
Best VRBO Experience Ever! Amazing Property in one of the best locations in Lake Las Vegas. Right across from Sports Club with included access and sensational views of the City. Lauren is the best PM … always prompt and helpful with every ask. Perfect for family vacations and reunions. We will rent this property again for future family visits/reunions. – Barrett
From beginning to end of our stay Lauren was a responsive and professional host. One example- upon arrival, when Google Maps threw us a curve, she was a phone call away to explain how to get from a few blocks away to where we needed to be. The home is brand new, never lived in, so when we identified a need for luggage racks for the guest rooms, she ordered and they were delivered the next day. She negotiated a members’ pass for us for the awesome sports club right across the street and my husband took advantage of it three times per week. Much appreciated !! The sunsets and view of the Strip-AMAZING! Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful community filled with friendly people and great walking paths. Apart but close enough to the action. We had fun strolling around the Village and especially enjoyed the restaurants. Our night at the Wine Bar when our guests were staying with us was a time none of us will soon forget- such accommodating owners and great live entertainment. – Debby

Lake Las Vegas has been voted the #1 master-planned community for many years. It is located in Henderson on the Southeast side tucked against the National Park of Lake Mead. It has 2 golf courses that were both designed by Jack Nicklaus. Reflection Bay is a Public Par 72 & Southshore Country Club is a Private Par 71. Lake Las Vegas is golf cart friendly & has a tunnel under the road to avoid traffic to get to the sports club that is .04 miles away, just across the street. Super fun to go into the Village for dinner or lunch. It is in a gated community with 24-hour security.
