One of my favorite areas to relax in is in the lovely backyard in the hot tub to soak in the surrounding nature views, then I would say the dining room that overlooks the Las Vegas strip with an elegant marble high top table. The living room is open to kitchen and dining so that you can cook and chat. A new mounted new 65” Smart TV in the living room which is the perfect space to wind down and relax after a long day. This is a 3 bedroom home with a loft and all bedrooms are upstairs and it’s never been lived in. You could be the first lucky one!
The balcony of the primary suite is an ideal spot for enjoying the nightly sunset hour. The primary dreamy suite features a king bed and an on-suite full bathroom with a double sink vanity, soaking tub, stand up shower and walk-in closet. The other 2 bedrooms are appointed with queen beds and have views of the mountain across the street with Big Horn Sheep. There is a full guest bathroom that is located between the 2 bedrooms which have a tub/shower. A separate laundry room is equipped with both a full-size washer and a dryer, iron and board.

There are 2 pools (lap pool is heated all year) and a hot tub with awesome views of the lake and mountains. His/Her locker rooms with stream showers, massage rooms to use and they even have a bar/restaurant on the beautiful golf course. You have access to use paddle boards and kayaks at the lake and discounts on buckets of golf balls and even the happy hours and a group hiking group and more.
Lake Las Vegas was voted #1 master planned community for many years. It is located in Henderson on the southeast side tucked against the national park of Lake Mead. Lake Las Vegas is a Golf cart friendly community and has a tunnel under the road to avoid traffic to get to sports club that is .04 miles away, just across the street. Super fun to go into the village for dinner and explore the area. This home is in a gated community and LLV also has 24-hour security. Amazing Reflection Bay 18 hole golf course is nearby as well as the Southshore golf club (with membership) has dining and clubhouse close by. Top rated spas to pamper yourself at 2 local hotels in LLV. Or you can also hire a masseuse or esthetician to go to sports club with a spa room.
The Lake Las Vegas Village is replicated after Lake Paloma in Italy, and it is alive so get ready to mingle. Live music and array of new restaurants, including Italian and Mexican restaurants, cafes, a wine bar, Sushi, a couple ice cream/gelato shops, The Pub and The Speakeasy. After brunch at Coco’s there are some fun local boutiques to shop at including a high end consignment shop. There is also a small grocery store, Seasons that has everything you need and then and there are occasional farmers markets, Wine walks, beer tasting, and live music on the lake in the Village. Lake Las Vegas has water sports, yacht rides, paddle boarding, Duffy boats and even frequent Iron Mans.
There is the new Smiths Marketplace to grocery shop and Costco is about 20 minutes away. Downtown Henderson Water Street is fun to go to dinner and frolic the local breweries.
