The Mesquite real estate market is nothing short of dynamic. In 2023, the city had 2,016 vacant houses, but only 16% were for sale due to snowbirds. Currently, the market offers around 102 homes, 34 condos, and 27 townhomes, with prices ranging from $275,000 to $1.6 million. I have driven through Mesquite my whole life since my Grandma lives in St. George and it’s also been a small town with about 3200 people and now there are over 22,000 people. I have personally seen it grow over the years.
