Prince Jefri Bolkiah’s expansive 16-acre estate in Spanish Trails, Las Vegas, has been sold for a staggering $25 million to an undisclosed buyer represented by STLV Properties LLC of Sparks. Boasting over 25 bedrooms and 46 baths spread across 10 buildings and 110,320 square feet, the estate is a grandeur in itself. The Summit Club $21.25M 

Mark Wahlberg, who moved from Hollywood to Las Vegas, grabs attention twice on the list. At No. 3, he was associated with purchasing a $21.25 million home in the Summit Club. The two-story home, built in 2022, spans 8,419 square feet with six bedrooms, eight baths, and a three-car garage. It is situated on 0.65 acres and features a swimming pool, spa, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen. On the same list at No. 5, Wahlberg sold his bungalow in the Summit Club for $16.65 million, having acquired it for $14.5 million in August 2022. The bungalow measures 7,327 square feet with four bedrooms and six baths. Interestingly, Wahlberg had previously purchased 2.5 acres in The Summit Club for $15.6 million to build a luxury mansion, but construction is yet to commence.
