The representative behind the sale didn’t disclose the details of the buyer and seller. However, the record-breaking price of $35 million also set a new benchmark reaching $3,063 per square foot.
Real estate value is dictated by location, with properties worldwide selling at a premium due to their location. The Summit Club holds an exceptional presence, a unique membership club, and a community that people aspire to join.
