Henderson is the place to be!
It’s been voted one of the safest places to live in America. It’s the neighboring city of Las Vegas and has been ranked #1 in the nation for top housing markets by Realtor.com for 2018. The median home price as of March 2018 is $285,045. There are endless number of things to do with the world-famous strip being approx. 12 minutes away. There are always concerts, shows, and events going on. There is some fabulous nature nearby as well with the neighboring California, Arizona, Utah state parks and of course the beach is only 3 ½ hours away.
This valley is on FIRE! With the Raiders coming to town and the Golden Knights already ranked #1, Las Vegas and Henderson are the hot spots to be. The Raiders practice facility is going up in Henderson, and the surrounding area is about to boom. There are new master planned neighborhoods, a new Block (live/work area), and even more entertainment making even more jobs.
I have lived in Henderson since 2000 and I absolutely love it here. Green Valley Ranch, Seven Hills,
Anthem, Mac Donald Highlands, Ascaya, Roma Hills, and Inspirada are some of my favorites.
The prices are still affordable, and the interest rates are still low. Get your piece of Las Vegas land now, as they are not making any more of it!
